“In town visiting family and wanted to work out. My Wife and I called ahead, we didn't know if we needed a fob or if there was staff onsite. We were met by the owner and showed around. The facility is well equipped for both cardio and weight training. A filtered water fill up is available, and there's even a shower if you need it. TVs on the walls for watching while resting in between sets. If I was a local, this would be my gym.”

“This place is exactly what I needed!!! I’ve been working out for over 20 years and had lost my drive for working out, not anymore!!! From the owner to the staff all amazing people! Always greeted with a smile and make sure I’ve got what I need. The members are friendly and inviting! The facility is super clean, and don’t get me started on how the sauna has changed my workout! Recommend this gym 10 out of 10?”
