They messed up my order again. Did online for pickup and said certain items whas not there and found them in the store after. Then charged me for items they said were not in stock. I'll never do it again.

No star period. Third time ordering online and they still fucked it up. Missing products that we were charged for and found said items they said wasn't in stock in their store when I went to pick up my items. You guys suck or your employees do. Get it right.

I've been shopping at this Walmart for five years now and it is still my primary grocery and goods store. There is no customer service to speak of, but we've come to expect that in retail these days. The store is usually clean and well stocked. But there are days and weeks when they may not have any pasta or french fries or chicken. It's just odd. When I can't obtain the items I need from Walmart, I go to Aldi or the Medina Walmart. They have a lot of self checkout registers, but they also still have a few cashiers ringing. When grocery shopping, I prefer to wait for a cashier. But when I see people with two items in their hands with no shopping cart get in the cashier line, it kind of irks me. I assume they're doing it to show their support for keeping cashiers. This store is about as good as it gets for Walmart.

This used to be a great store but over the last year it's completely gone downhill. If you are trying to use curbside pickup you may as well forget it. If they do eventually get your order out to you, you're missing more items than you receive. I've had to wait for an hour plus on 3 different occasions and it's definitely not getting any better. This is a management issue that needs to be addressed. There is clearly not enough people to make curbside usable. Horrible planning on this store's part especially when there is such a need. I hope this store can get it turned around.

I don't know if all Walmarts are like this but this store is poorly managed and hard to shop at. None of the products are marked with the price, the price is on the shelf somewhere near the product...written in microscopic print.....along with a dozen other price markers. All it takes is for one person to pick something up, look at it, and place it back a few inches from where it is "supposed" to be and you have no way of knowing the price. Only Walmart would manage a store this way making employees have to handle every product that has been touched every day to get it back to where it "should" be and make every customer have to take it to a price check machine. Utter ignorance of business and customer.

today I was approached by security at the exit of the store to show the receipt of my purchase. His name is Dan. Several people passed at the same time but because I'm not white he just stopped me. Yes, I want to leave a message to the manager of this store that I am in contact with my lawyer because this is discrimination. my friend who was in front is my witness and even took a photo to record what happened. it is simply ridiculous to approach because I am not white or American.

i just went in for a oil change at 8 a,m, on a fri...manager told me it would be a 3 hr wait due to only having 2 service people NOT ACCEPTABLE....People walking away as i entered......wont be back

Wal Mart grocery pick up is phenom. Saves me tons of $ on over-purchasing and I can meal plan the week, add ingredients and pick them up without carrying around a list. Plus, this is the second time in a month I got free stuff for picking up my grocers. Full on convert.

This is the cleanest, friendliest, most organized Walmart I have ever been to. I just started working down the street I am from Cleveland. From now on if I need something from Walmart I will be getting it from this one! I locked my keys in my car here at 7:30am and they were so polite and concerned and eager to help me get in touch with someone to help me. I am not used to this friendly of people anymore. I LOVE IT!

Yall dont even deserves one star worth customer service I have ever received I called and was transferred atleast 10 times and put on hold for an hour I wish I was over exaggerating but I assure you I am not. This idem I was asking for says you have it amd I may pick it up today. Didnt even look for it. Seriously freaking hate walmart and you people there no wonder you cant get any better job with slow self.

That always have what I need. I try to avoid it in favor of Drug Mart which is an Ohio based store. Very pleased with the lady in produce today to walk me to the location of the item. Not four stars because on numerous occasions the staff does not engage you even if you are standing in the same isle looking.

Occasionally I drop in for a deal, but mostly avoid. Messy, disheveled, and never more than 2 registers open, and that's on the busiest day at peak hours.

It's a Walmart so nothing really fancy. The staff is usually not very helpful in most locations. I haven't had any problems with the customer service location. I've asked for help on finding a product before and some members take me to it and some just point in a direction. Although this is not a very old store it has looked run down since it was built. The recent refresh on the marketing image helped, but it is still a depressing warehouse type store. My biggest complaint is the lack of product. I know they stock the shelves periodically, but the products I want to buy are either out of stock or limited selections too frequently.
