Customer Service is top notch and very thorough. What is most important is knowing you’re not being taken advantage of. With social media today, negative word of mouth can easily destroy a company. Every mechanic shop should take this very seriously as, eventually, disreputable work would be exposed.

Fair price, prompt service, great service! My tire blew off on the highway. I had the tow truck driver drop my car off at Grismer. We have never been there before but we will definitely be going back when needed.
