Great place to work, hired on the spot, offer $1500 sign on bonus, yearly $1000 stay on bonus, incentive bonuses up to around $350 a month, yearly raises on top of good starting wages, first month there company gave out $350 bonus just as a thank you. As far as loading and unloading, the process is slow because we have to take skids all over the massive warehouse instead of just unloading everything right away. Only takes 45min to hr and half to unload a truck so anything additional must be waiting for someone to be assigned the door. Sorry drivers we try to hurry especially if we know it's a live driver.

Went to a interview on Tuesday and was offered a position as a forklift operator. Was given a sheet detailing the next events in the process. Waited till today very excited to be going back to work and i get a e-mail stating they decided to not move forward. In other words for some reason they backed off the job offer completely with no explanation as to why. I will not apply to this company again and i cannot in good faith recommend this facility to anyone looking for a job.
