These people are breaking into people's homes. PATHETIC. I've been living at my place for over a decade and they put a sticky note telling me they were changing my locks in three days because the house is vacant. Mind you there are cars in the driveway and no trespass signs all over the front...is the reason why they put it on the back door. (SNEAKY).The crazy part is the day they left the note on the door.. I was home. They didn't even knock on front door. CRAZY AF

Look at the right sheet before you order anything Pace like $5 for an inspection that you got to drive 20 minutes to get to and burn fuel I think it is a scam I don't believe these people that have left positive reviews really work for him this is a scam no way anybody can make money for these people do the math

This company is a joke. Best and only way to explain why Im waiting over 3 weeks for these Idiots to contact me for an inspection so I can get my claim checks released. I have left numerous texts and voice mails and the times to contact me and they insist on trying to call me when Im not available

This business is as shady as they come. Constantly billing my mortgage company for inspections they never performed. They change their inspection completion numbers without any justification or reasoning. They do not provide dates, times, results for any inspections billed. They literally steal from you. I was told their inspection employee is no longer with the company so tough. Really. Stay away. Drive around the block. They may have rfid stealing capabilities. Next thing you know you are charged for inspections never performed or even requested.

Run from this god awful place.
Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. They make you take 30 to 45 pictures!! To mow a yard.
The pay is awful.

Absolutely a scam.
A stranger showed up at my home, without notice, and demanded to perform an appraisal of my house. I declined and asked him to leave. He refused and said he HAD to. He said he was hired by safeguard properties, which I had never heard of. I asked who hired safeguard properties and after some back and forth, he said Chase bank.
We don’t have a loan through chase bank at all. Our mortgage is through a completely different company, so I was even more alarmed. I told him I was going to call the police, he acted like it was fine, but drove away after I made the call.
I fully believe they are using this “company” as a front to case homes. Please read all the reviews of burglary and home invasions performed under the guise of “Safeguard Properties” on here and the Better Business Bureau. No legitimate appraiser would refuse to leave a home after being told to vacate the property. I was the only one home and it was frightening, I’m going to have to install additional security measures to even feel safe.

Tried calling recruiter to get listing of jobs pricing and what not to see if vending for them would be worth it in California. Tons of red flags. Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely s--t company. Not sure where they get off asking to come inside of my house to perform an inspection, when they had absolutely ZERO need to do so. This in turn caused my insurance company to drop me. My insurance company covers the outside of my home, not the inside. This company should be shut down for the tactics they pull and the lies they tell.

Made an appointment weeks ago for home inspection, I get a text 30 minutes before he’s suppose to be there saying that he can’t make it because he’s watching the eclipse….pretty sure everyone on earth knew about the eclipse months ago. This pushes back the insurance payment and stops construction on my home, and pushes our move in date to who knows when now while we wait for the inspection.

Unbelievably rude and condescending attitude by several staff members. Their site is horribly confusing and has nothing but glitches. They are horrible at helping and I will never refer a vendor to them and will advise to avoid them like a plague.

Erroneously reported my home as abandoned or vacant, and set in motion a series of super time consuming, aggravating and ultimately almost expensive events.
