This company has terrible customer service. I have called them multiple times for the same issues and all they do is have me unplug and replug in the router then say they're going to "elevate my ticket". Then I go weeks not hearing back from anyone and when they do call to schedule an appointment they call me once and if I miss that call the ticket is closed. I have tried my best to be patient with them but this has been going on for months now. we pay for 10mgps but we're lucky to get 5 and I am so sick of them shrugging off all of my issues as "sorry we tried" when all they really did was have me turn my router on and off again like I haven't already done that several times.

Slow, over priced service, and questionable billing practices. I canceled service with no guidance on how to return equipment with their very limited lobby hours and lobby closure during pandemic. They withdrew 118 dollars out of my account for a 20 dollar used router. I was a loyal customer for a long time and that's how they treated me! There are better options to chose from now.

Just had CT Comm install my fiber internet. Friendly techs, local service, and fast internet with NO issues (had super slow connection issues with Spectrum). Glad to support local!

I have had one of their lines hanging down from the last ice storm 6 weeks ago. I've contacted CT every week since discovering the line was hanging. It hangs across my driveway and we cannot get out of our garage without me pushing the line up far enough to get our SUV out of the garage. I called them immediately they told us it was spectrum or dp&l lines. I called spectrum they showed up on a Sunday and explained it was CT line. Dp&l showed up next day and also confirmed it was CT line. I have called for 6 weeks and given 6 different confirmation numbers and every week the line still hangs. Today I was told that they have been to my house and that the line is Spectrums. Yet no one has knocked on my door from CT to explain this to me I find out the next week when I call again to notify them that their line is down across my driveway. They are horrible and I will never again do business with these monsters.

Worst customer service company in the world! We have rural internet with them. When you call in for service they can not give you a date or time for repair. No one keeps you updated or informed. Plus the people in the office are very rude! I had a billing issue with them. My internet price was 81.99 each month; in June my bill went up to 91.99. When I called to inquire it was because they were in the process of updating contracts. They never informed me my contract ran out and Heather put all the blame on me for not renewing my contract! They used to be our only option for internet but now other options are available and I will be switching soon.

They were very nice and formative when I went in to switch providers. It's a lil bit more expensive but that's what you get for fiber optics. I rather pay a lil more and go with a local company than stay with Spectrum
