I had a run in with a deer, filed the claim with Erie Insurance, and was recommended here. Everyone in the office throughout the process was great from keeping me updated and even setting everything up with my rental. Picked my vehicle up and it looked like nothing ever happened. Will recommend this shop to everyone!

Collision Service of Green is the most professional shop of it's kind in the area. While I DREAD needing any sort of collision repair, it's always been my pleasure to deal with them. Great Staff, (and I mean GREAT) who actually go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of... I really can NOT say what a pleasure it is to deal with a shop like this, when you're already frustrated to be dealing with an accident and the inconvenience of repairs... and just dealing with insurance unknowns in general. Absolutely top notch in all regards.

My daughter was in an accident (not her fault, praise the Lord) and our insurance company suggested Collision Service of Green. I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. They already had my claim information ready to go and even were able to take my car right then and there. Not only that, but they told me about a nearby Enterprise, where I could get my rental car, and even took me there and dropped me off because Enterprise was short-staffed at that moment. The work on the car was great and was done before my rental car coverage expired (20 days). The ONLY reason I have four instead of five stars is because there could have been more communication while I waited the 20 days for her car to be fixed. That’s really the only thing I can think of that was great. I’m usually stingy with my five-star ratings.

Decent work. Definitely not 100% satisfied. My front end was rebuilt and they left un even gaps in several places and when asked to fix they said they would. When I got it back it looked the same. I had to bring my vehicle back in 4 times because stuff wasn't done like it should have been. On top of that they didn't call when parts were in or for me to pick it up . I had to call them which was annoying. Not extremely happy with this place. Would not return honestly..

Great workmanship for insurance claim, completed significant body damage quickly and bonus of being able to drop off my Enterprise Car Rental (also excellent service on Turkeyfoot Rd) and Enterprise came to pick it up.
