Beware!! My wife took out a early anticipation loan in November of 2023 and was given a loan of $1,000. In February 2024 went to do taxes as we usually do and found out we weren't getting a return and would owe money towards the anticipation loan of like $300. Rebecca Lewis screened my wife for the loan and told her she would be getting like $800 back but wife misunderstood her meaning that was on top of the refund. My wife clearly would not have taken loan to owe money back.

I've always filed my own taxes. I'm not sure why I didn't let a professional do it from the beginnings H&R Block files in half an hour or less and you don't have to worry about mistakes or not getting an accurate amount back !

Love the atmosphere, the office always looks nice and clean. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. They always help with anything I need! be it questions, an advance, or my return filed. I feel bad for some of the things they have to deal with working with the public in our area ? people getting upset about things out of their control but they seem to handle it with grace and compassion, more than I could say for myself. I'm not sure about other offices but the Uhrichsville one is awesome I will continue to come here because of how wonderful the staff are. Keep up the good work guys ??

Got my taxes done a month ago a little over a month ago anyways I had got the Emerald Advance in the fall of last year thinking okay like I normally do not miss you I do my taxes and after it's punched through gone through the system then they tell me that I don't get any of my refund back due to my Emerald Advance why would they give me more money than what my taxes was going to be worth so now I don't get anything back and I've done business with HR Block for a long time I won't know more TurboTax here I come that's what I'll use for here on out cuz there was no transparency at all this year or even the end of last year when I got my Emerald advance.
