All the ladies who work here are always very friendly and very helpful! Needed work done on my wedding ring and took it in. They quoted a price and actually ended up being charged less, plus the work was done quicker than they thought. Many thanks!! I would highly suggest stopping here for your jewelry needs, whether it be a new purchase or repair!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Update 1/22/22 Wife's ring cannot be repaired any further. We went so my wife could look at new styles to transfer her stones into. They made a few suggestions, and my wife browsed through a catalog. She chose 3 different ring styles for possible replacements. They are going to get in samples, she'll go look them over to make a final decision, and we'll get her ring replaced. As always, the ladies who work here are VERY nice and helpful. Thank you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All of the women who work there are adept at great business practices. I , as a person, Thomas Paul Duke Robinson would recommend (Jenny), Hittles as being the gold standard when buying precious items. If quality and one of a kind items, is what you as a person seek....look no more! Very talented employees. I personally have known Jenny for 47 years since High school. We as a family adore her. We as a family have purchased MANY quality pieces. Her benchman?? The best!! He can fix and find anything. Big or small. Hittles and Jenny are #1.We love her and what she has accomplished in business. Integrity at it's finest. We all love Hittles. Everyday items and once in a lifetime pieces can be found there or sought out. Jen can get them. If you want junk jewelry? Hittles is NOT for that. The common person? Yes!! Uncommon rare gems? Go nowhere else please. I highly recommend it. Watchband adjustments? Yes! If Hittles does not carry it? Jen can find it. She and the gals are supreme. Such a nice lady!! Proud to know her.
