3 star. Because no matter what. Lowes is my first choice. They didn't have key on both sides dead bolts . And I needed two sets. With one key fitting all 4 locks..Front and back door. Home depot had it.

Called ahead for curbside pickup. Got a message to call when I was there. Had to go inside and they told me my order was not pulled yet. Waited about an hour and the girl that was supposed to pull it. I told her if she can't pull it then cancel it. She got excited about canceling my order. Very bad store.
