Recently my companion went into Valley Hospice care. We were not there long but meds were delivered fast and efficiently. Service is important and Toronto Apothecary was excellent.Customer First❤️Thank you for always caring.

Very disappointed. I was looking for an OTC nasal decongestant and was totally blown off by the owner pharmacist. His assistant was obviously annoyed with the counter person who asked for their help. Last time I will go there.4--11-22 That's fair sir. No hard feelings

First refills I had done weren't counted correctly, second time picking up my scripts for bronchitis, they wouldn't call the hospital for a generic antibiotic for the bronchitis, told me that that's my job. I get the feeling it's because I'm a trans woman, but with no direct evidence other than other pharmacies not doing this and calling the doctor/hospital themselves rather than making the customer do it. Wouldn't recommend at all

was only using this pharmacy for about a year until the Pharmacist Roger Lewis belittled my wife over her co-pay for test strips that wasn't covered by her insurance. He tried to give her something not covered. In which he flat out lied about talking to her insurance company about her covered medical equipment. Her insurance covered another device 100% free of charge, and he disregarded her original prescription in order to pass off another brand that was not covered. When she questioned it, He told her that she should be thankful because she would only have to pay $10. for it. He was rude and had no 'Bedside Manners". Making my wife embarrassed over the whole ordeal. It's pretty bad when the Owner is rude to the customer. when the pharmacy closes, It won't be because of the economy, it will be because of Roger Lewis's bad business practices.

Rude ignorant terrible customer service. They will lie right to your face then lie again to deny it and try to get an apology from you. Just an awful place

Had what I needed when the big box pharmacy couldn't provide. They even called my insurance co to try find out what drug would be cheapest. Friendly staff.
