Definitely a cool place but dangerous when the guys doing the go karts are rushing people out. They were telling us and others to get up before the other racers were parked so the last people come barreling in and smash into the back of the line and knock down like 4 people. This place just need some procedures put in place to prevent this. The first time in line I saw that the karts have a E-stop in the back and I charges, why not wait till last person is there then E stop from back to front then switch people out. Sure it may take a couple min more but to void a lawsuit or insurance premiums from rising seems well worth it. Just my two cents. And definitely need like 2 employees to be watching that ball pit area. Kids hide in there when big kids or adults fall down into the pit from the obstacles and could seriously injure a kid. I say all these things cause this place is so cool and awe inspiring. One more safety thing, that warrior track up top. When hooking kids in, maybe don't have them stand a foot from the ledge when clipping them in. That rope track come back far enough to hook them up behind the gate/railing.

Kids had an absolute blast, but definitely eat before coming. The food is pricey and was very clearly made a very long time ago. We had chicken tenders that couldn't have been less than a few hours old based on taste and temperature. Every single worker in this place is about as unfriendly as possible too. Just staring at kids expecting them to read your mind isn't a good way to get a point across.

The lady in the rock climbing wall area was rude and I do not think she should be working around kids if she is going to have an attitude about having to help children fasten themselves to the wall. And also a suggestion would be to maybe have two associates in that area. To help put on harnesses and to help the kids the fastened as well.

Restrooms very dirty with fecal matter all over. Staff are very rude and would rather socialize with other staff members. The music they played is not suitable for children as it had vulgar language in it. The place was way over packed and needs to be regulated for this. Staff members not knowing how to work some of the equipment properly. Overall was a crappy experience and over priced. Never again will we be coming back. And the smell was overwhelming and not a good smell. And appeared to be only young teenagers working and no adults.

The coolest place we have had our children's birthday parties at yet. The party host was phenomenal, the place is just amazing. So many things to do.

Very cool place with lots of fun attractions for little kids and big kids alike. What a great way for kids to burn off energy. The building was very clean, along with the restroom facilities. They have a wide variety of slides and trampolines that make it fun for toddlers to enjoy themselves, and basketball hoops, pugil stick balance beams, and larger trampolines for the bigger kids. They have a nice arcade area with lots of fun games. There is a sky ride rail ride, but in for those who pay for their platinum plan for $36.49. There is a go-cart track here as well, but you have to pay extra for it. They also have a snack bar for hungry and thirsty kids. All in all, it was a fun experience, and our kids really enjoyed themselves, so that is what mattered the most.

Snapology has been an incredible experience for my daughter, who started attending Snapology classes so she could primarily play at Urban Air afterward; but through the class she has developed STEAM skills and is able to construct LEGO sets and free build without any assistance from her parents, something she could not do prior to taking the classes.Kailynn is absolutely wonderful, she is kind, patient, and insightful and the children enjoy learning from her. Snapology at Urban Air has been a wonderful experience, and we have enjoyed all the new friends we have made along the way. Thank you, Kailynn, you are a gem, and we appreciate your efforts in teaching Claire, she loves you.

So a few months ago i bought memberships for two people in my home, last week i bought another for ny granddaughter so she could join when they go. I paid for a whole month on the new one so it shouldnt have been due when the other two came due this week. However i just looked at my bank account and they took out for all three. So basically they stole three weeks from me!!!!! Bad practice to rip people off bc you just lost a customer. I will be making sure to not have enough money in account for you to get payment again. So i hope ripping people off is a good practice for you bc i have been a yearly member for 2 years now on platinum membership but no longer there are other places to have fun I eill take my money there.

Was much cleaner than the first time we went. Staff was more available and helpful than the first time as well. Really nice set up with a decent amount to do. I docked it 1 star mostly because it's fairly expensive for only 2-3 hours worth of entertainment. The kids start getting board and tired after that. If you've got a few kids or more with and plan to make a day of it then you should also plan on it costing @ $200-$300+.

Not a place for family or young children under 15 after dark.

I give this place a 1 star because on the weekends the guys running the go carts are literally slow as heck, laughing and joking with 4 other employees, leaving kids stuck for 5 mins at a time, took about 30 mins to change races so more kids can ride! they don’t seem to have a supervisor and it’s really ghetto!

Place is super dirty. Employees don't pay attention. We signed up for a year membership and haven't gone in awhile do to those facts. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to cancel the membership. So we have been paying for nothing for about 6 months.
