I want to like this place, I really do. Been going here for years but now every time I go they are out of most of the flavors of eliquid. On top of that, every time I go in they get some thing wrong. Wrong coils, wrong strength juice. It's happened multiple times. Yeah, I should probably double check before I leave but it's their job to sell the right stuff!Edited to reply to the response..I'd safely say the last 5 times that I've been there I have received at least one incorrect item. Last time I asked for 25mg but was sold 50mg...again. It's still sitting on my counter...so your employees don't check very well. And the only reason that I left with the correct coils last time is because I opened the box before leaving.As far as variety, that may be true but when you are out of the first 10 liquid flavors/strengths that I asked for from your limited salt menu, I'd say that's an issue.

I am visually impaired and wanted to switch from disposable vapes to a refillable tank. When i explained what I was looking for and my vision issues the employee went above and beyond to get me set up amnd made sure I knew what Zi was doing before I left. I’ll be sticking with them for my vaping supplies.

It’d be great if they could just keep their hours updated on Google to match the ever changing hours and signs on the doors. Watched 10 people pull in and walk up to the door only to find the sign says open at 12 when Google says 11.

Great place, great products, and great staff. The blonde woman wasn't particularly knowledgeable on the products or juice, but was very quick to do research right then and there while I browsed products. She really showed that they care about the customers. The owner is very upfront and well-informed on the stock, and will outright tell you if something isn't great or not selling well. This is my go-to place.
