I had quite the experience today that made me consider that they are not paint experts at this location. Was looking for Urethane trim enamel and was told by a sales associate they were out of that "base". Okay. He went in the back and brought out a latex paint. Lol he clearly didn't know the difference between oil based paint and water based paint. So I definitely didn't even bother wasting my time explaining and left. You won't be getting my business anytime soon. A quick Google search will give you more knowledge than these people know based on today's experience.

SW perfectly matched a 14 year old swatch for some trim paint. Switched from oil enamel to hybrid aylclid version. Great experience and product.

I really hate giving a bad review since I’ve always bought my paint from you and never had an issues, but after my last purchase and how I ask treated by then older woman, Sue, I believe, I won’t be back. She was rude, disrespectful, arrogant and dismissive...I did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. She couldn’t even be bothered to put the invoice under my name, she used someone else’s name. I won’t be back!

Corey was extremely helpful, & honest. You could tell he wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive product, he wanted to sell us the best product for a good price. Would definitely recommend for expert advice & quality products

Sometimes choosing paint colors can be difficult. That is why I like staff at the Central Ave. Sherwin Williams. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help you out!!
