Ron and his team were actually my second option to compare rates with a national lender. Ron and his team were very easy to work with and we're more than eager to answer any questions I had or explain each step of the home buying process, which was a big deal to me as a first time home buyer, it was a no-brainer to swap from the national lender to Benchmark based on the customer service alone, the better rate was just a bonus. I totally recommend Benchmark and look forward to working with them in the future.

My husband and I bought our first home through Benchmark in May of 2022, the same month we were wed! Ron and his team were able to help us through every step worry-free, especially given the stressful start of our year. Ron and his team continue to help by sending useful information that we didn't know we needed!Ron even personally delivered an engraved gift straight to our new home! Ron and his team made our experience so easy. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous and had a LOT of questions. We were previously working with a mortgage lender who really did not appear to have much interest in helping us. Upon coming to Benchmark, we were so relieved.
