Was able to valet to get to imagination station. Then headed up to the heights after all the fun. Had amazing fried brussel sprouts. Validated valet and made a wonderful and easy trip. We will be back.

Did not stay. We celebrated a birthday in The Heights restaurant. Excellant food. Hot chicken sliders and pizza were really good!

The fact its 25/day valet only should be made clear. Rooms are standard. If not loud as in thin walls, so you hear even small conversion above or next to you.. Restaurant was above average for a hotel and honestly one of the best parts of our trip (came to see baby elephant kirk) . We are trying out different brands within marriott and the advertised concept of Renaissance is supposed to be in tune with local hotspots/better recommendations. We were looking for live music/and dancing. I wouldn't say the recommendations felt different than any other hotel.

Great hotel in a great location, nice bar / restaurant on the upper level. Close to the zoo which is a plus.

Center of downtown. Great views of the river. Clean and nice rooms. Heather and Mel were outstanding!

This hotel gives off the appearance of being classy, but if you look a little closer, everything is made of cheap materials with poor workmanship. They cut corners everywhere. When I stayed there, the duvet had no filling, multiple lights didn't work, I was woken up at 7 am on a Sunday by a loud whirring noise coming from inside the building that went on for an hour. All the coffee cream provided was expired and curdled...etc etc. It's all for show in other words...they appear fancy but are no better than a motel 6. Trust me..save your money.

The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are Nothing liked they picture on website. We got a suite on the 10th floor 1024. It had a great view, but the room was dirty. The couch was stained with white stuff! The room bar had no glasses. The mini refrigerator was not cold. The showerhead didn't work, there was only 2 towels and 2 wash rags. We also ate at the brim house which is very over priced for what they serve you. The customer service was excellent just need to update and clean furniture.

I was not impressed. For the price of these rooms, it should be an amazing experience and it wasn’t your forced to use a valet, and he seemed irritated with me because I wasn’t set up in their system. I had to call the front desk on three occasions, and when the lady answered the phone, you could tell that I was a inconvenience to her busy schedule… Both unloading my vehicle and loading my vehicle. There were no luggage racks available so I asked the valet to help me with a bag and he did, but you could tell he was annoyed because he had to walk all the way to my room… The rooms are very very tiny, the bathroom and shower are appealing to the eye however they’re not practical because there’s no space to move around in the bed was comfortable so that’s a plus, however there was no refrigerator and no microwave… I expected a lot more out of the Renaissance I would much rather stay at a Holiday Inn with an executive king roomfor much cheaper

I stayed at the Renaissance Toledo last night and I wanted to take a moment to give some praise - my stay was completely uneventful, everything was as it should be, and worked fine! I've stayed at a lot of properties in the last few years where that *isn't* the case, so this really stood out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - and do yourself a favor and upgrade to a corner riverview room.

NEVER AGAIN! I made my reservation over a week ago attached my sons name (who is 19) so he could check in without me I even spoke to customer service Who reassured me that this wouldn’t be a problem just to find out that he could never check in as a guest because these morons never gave me the right information. IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER AND INCONVENIENCE! Management wouldnt even speak to me! I will never recommend them to anyone

I liked our stay at this hotel, it was very clean. The lobby was very clean and smelled lovely.I would stay here again. The rooftop area with the bar was very nice. Good place to unwind at the end of the night. Amazing drinks. The front staff was friendly and accommodating as well as the valet did a great job getting our car and explaining how to use the link that was sent to us when we arrived.

Not the quality I would expect from Renaissance. Check in was challenging. I reserved 3 rooms for my party and wanted to use my credit card as method of payment for all three. Front desk required me to physically be present with the credit card for the other guests to check in. We also brought gift baskets and asked if they could be delivered to the guests in our party. They were not. The room adjacent to ours was occupied by what sounded like a group of people that were using drugs all night. At 1:30 AM I called the front desk about the arguing and noise. They said they were sending security but did not. Another guest in our party said that someone opened their door abruptly and then shut it shortly after check in.Not sure if this is a management thing or what but not the same quality or standard I've experienced staying at other Renaissance locations. Other reviews seem to reflect the same.

The room had its good and bad sides. Picture-wise, it looks nice. In person, the bed was comfortable and clean, loved the walk-in shower, the tile floor near the doorway/hallway was a nice touch, and so was the chaise couch. The rest of the decor was pretty cheap looking and definitely needed an update. Most of the money and attention were spent on the hotel's facade, lobby, restaurants, and gym areas, which were all nice. I don't like that there is not a self parking option, only a valet at $25/day. I world still consider staying at the Renaissance again.

When you walk in everything looks nice. I was told they were fully booked so this is the room I was given. The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. So I got my own bedroom sheets and blanket. The bathroom was small and the tub was not getting drained properly. As I’m going to sleep to turn the lights off. There was a bed bug on the curtain very disgusting
