Came down to get my labs done after an appointment. Signed the sheet and pressed the button. Maybe 2 minutes later I was called back to do my labs. They gathered the needed information, drew the labs and sent me on my way. Took maybe 10 minutes tops. Very sweet lady. I forgot my water bottle and she actually ran out of the building to bring it back to me (pretty cold weather). As someone who gets very nervous around needles, this experience was great, and my lab tech just made it better.

I went there to have a vlood draw taken. I was very impressed with the facility. I was waited on promptly and the staff was friendly. I will be going there again.

Waited more than an hour to get a lab. They have one person working here. She is doing computer stuff and the blood draws. Like 20 minutes per person. Unreal.

I went to get labs prior to 4:30 PM and the lab tech angrily greeted me with hostility and stated they were closed. I hadn't said anything, wasn't rude...I just opened the door and was shouted at. Mind you, this was prior to 4:30 PM when the lab was not officially closed. The other Promedica labs have much better ratings, so what is it about this lab location that has generously received two, 1-star ratings in one years time frame?
