They had my car for 4 days and l had to call them to get update to only be told it was something they couldn’t fix. It was a waste of money and time. I would not refer them to anyone.

These guys know how to make a bad situation better. I’ve been towed a few times by Piasecki’s. Usually Sean, shows up with a smile and takes care of me. Always clean, professional, and positive. I’m never stranded long with how fast their ETAs are. I will continue to call them when I’m in need of a tow or any roadside service. Highly recommend!! THANKS Sean & Piasecki Team!

this was my first experience with Piasecki. The driver arrived in 30 minutes like the dispatcher promised. Sean was very efficient and friendly. The cost for the tow was a bit high but I won't complain any further than that. I will definitely use their service again if needed. I recommend them.

Okay first let me start by saying I was angry because I had my car towed by these guys on a Saturday.My car was fixed that Sunday by my mechanic.I heard a rattle in my front end which wasn’t there. So I immediately called the office and spoke to someone. Monday came I called back and spoke to Tyler. He told me to bring it in after work and he will look at it.One of my bushings had came out which he stated he didn’t think they could cause that, long story short Tyler jacked my car up repaired it with no problem.Very respectful and great customer service. And thanks to Sean for keeping me company while Tyler was doing the labor. I don’t know if they drink but I know if I ever see them out rounds on me!! Thanks a lot! Definitely honest and know how to treat their customers!!

On approach the men working at Piaseki Towing seemed like they knew what they were doing, but my boyfriend and I quickly found out that is not the case. Tyler, the manager at the facility, has been very rude and has been very ill-informed on what we need to have to pick up his car. We will now be having to go there for the third time this week to get his car and I'm hoping this time will be better and maybe we can get some sort of discount since the fine is going up 35 dollars everyday. However, the girl I have been speaking to on the phone has been very kind and helpful. We need more people in this world like her!

Thank God for great employees like Steve he seen me on the side of the highway with a blown tire and decided to stop to see if I needed any help and like I said if it wasn’t for him stopping and helping me out I would still be stranded on the side of the road that day. God bless him and the company he works for!!!

This is the best tow I have ever had. Charles took really good care of us. He made sure that not only we were safe, but my car was taken care of. They were really fair on the price and made sure my f150 was parked not only near my place, but right infront of it. I will only be using them if I ever need a tow in Toledo, weather I'm in there in tow or out of town rate

Korbin helped me out when my control arm broke off on the highway and I was sitting in a terrible spot. Guy is a miracle worker; bless him and bless this business for hiring him! I could not recommend a higher commendation for his help, please do whatever it takes to keep him around. Between my mom and I, this business will be shared with ~11,000 followers, most of whom are in the Toledo area. These guys have some great, human-oriented people working for them and I wanna see their business thrive
