got two dinners from door dash through ping. omg, first off they shorted my egg rolls..5 of them. ordered gen tso,s chicken, hardley any taste what so ever, veggies very hard to eat. then we ordered pepper steak, same thing hard vegies, ugh. shrimp fried rice was not cooked fully. we ended up cooking something els, never order from them again. only if they took thier time preparring the food

I came back to one of my old favorites, the Mr. Hero on Manhattan Blvd in Toledo. It's still as good as ever. And service is peppy and fun. Tasty, juicy cheesesteak sandwiches and other fare. It's still under the same ownership after all these years and it's wonderful and refreshing to see it's still outstandingly delicious. I was worried when I tried a Mr. Hero at The Mall and it was very disappointing. If you want a great cheesesteak in Toledo, head on over (or set your GPS) to 525 East Manhattan Blvd, Toledo, OH. They pack them in, so expect to be in line a few minutes.

The world is coming to an end. I have been in over 20 Mr. hero locations and in everyone of them except this one, I have waited way too long and felt like I was inconvenient to the staff. Don't give me wrong the food is good but I never would eat there because of the service. The franchise owner of the store Oscar was Absolutely wonderful to talk to and clearly cares about his business. Literally the first Mr. hero I have been to that was not a dump. It was very impressive.

Very disappointed in the overall taste of all my food! Very little beef in my broccoli beef, very little chicken in my chicken fried rice. Wings had a odd taste. Will not go back

Just terrible. This place is inedible. Took a big bite of chicken fried rice to find a hair cooked into a piece of chicken. Just plain awful. Everything tastes and smells like someone is cooking in the back on dirty pans with a cigarette hanging from their lips. Paid good money to not be able to eat. NEVER AGAIN.

I love Chinese food and this food is inedible. I took one bite of my almond boneless chicken and called and am taking it back. I have never had Chinese food so bad... had to give it at least one star but it doesn't even deserve that!!!!
