Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf i could have done zero stars it's what they would have had. Most of Their staff is incompetent. They lie to save their own butts. They have no control over the children. Bulling is acceptable their, kids hitting and kicking other kids is accepted. Kids are allowed to tell other kids parents/grandparents that they do not like them and that they are going to pee and poop on them repeatedly, the staff just sits there and does nothing. They fired me because I was leaving and said I threatened a child because I told the child there would be consequences. They wouldn't give me the paperwork for release to go to a different daycare, so I went about it a different way. The day I did that they sent me a message on messenger at 6:28 at night telling me we were fired and then blocked me without asking me what happened prior to telling us not to come back. Very unprofessional in my opinion. My kids cried everyday not wanting to go their, 6 weeks of hell.

Office staff are not compassionate to sensitive situations nor are they informing of changes of rules/ policies ect. Kids seem to express how they want to go to a different child care frequently.

The staff is great with students and parents! Always friendly and welcoming. The sizes of the classrooms are big and inviting with a great student/teacher ratio. Very highly recommended! New staff and ownership is great!

My nephew has been going here for most of his life, our family has always adored this place and what they bring to the table for him!
