Daughter had appt scheduled. Braider was not there when showed up. Website is not updated. Had wrong address. Tried to call and she never answered after giving correct address. Got to the shop and it was not open yet.Unprofessional.

Exceptionally Rude!They DO NOT WASH & BLOW BEFORE BRAIDS.They act like it's a chore to do hair. She didn't want to get off the phone while discussing my appointment details in person. It's not worth the $200 they demand to be treated as such. Ladies take your business else where!!!! Seriously

Horrible mean and over charged me. I ask for medium knotless to my butt they made them wayyy past my butt. Charged me an extra $120. Rough with my hair hurt me multiple time I was surprised she quietly apologized the 8 times she was too rough. The owner loudly asked if anyone had food stamps for sale. Unprofessional at its all time high. I’ll never go there again.

I went in told them I wanted medium knotless right above my butt well they did my hair way past my butt and charged me an extra $120. The owner was also asking if anyone had food stamps for sale. 50 foodstamps for $25 I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. As I sat for 8 hours getting my hair did the woman was rough but tried using manners EVERYTIME she hurt my head. Horrible experience.

these ladies do an amazing job! Took my teenage daughter to them twice now and always a fantastic jib that lasts. I definitely recommend them!

They do really good work! But they're very rude and it comes to speaking their language around they're African American customers! If you guys are secretly insulting me for someone else in the shop, then why not speak English? And the fact that they change their prices based on your looks it's pretty irritating also! They'll never admit to any of this but it does not take the rocket scientist to know when they are secretly being insulted ?...?

The stylist who started my braids was very nice and kind and it didn't hurt at all however when the owner showed up she helped in braiding my hair and was Extremely rude, rough heavy handed and I told her it didn't take all that and why was she taking her anger out on me and my braids!!!! Long story short il NEVER patronize that place ever!!! Horrible horrible horrible lunatic lady!!!!!!!!Service: Box Braids
