I went there two weeks ago and they did my hair perm and it looks so bad right now I called him to tell them about and she keeps saying, let me figure out what I’m going to do not doing nothing about bad service and I called them and I told them I want to schedule appointment. She told me today you can come at 1 o’clock and when I told her about the story she said she cannot do it today.

Waited an hour in the store to get the haircut. Once I was getting it cut, the lady cutting my hair was too busy talking to do a great cut. And while touching up my neck she cut my neck pretty badly and never told me. Only realized she cut me 2 days later. It's been a week and it's still is very visible. Hoping it doesn't leave a scar. Terrible place

The only reason this location is getting 3 stars is because of the fact that ONLY ONE stylist has gotten my hair cut to what I have wanted. The other stylists have either been rude, haven't given me what I wanted at all, or tell me to take off my glasses without asking me to check if the haircut looks correct and to my liking. The last stylist that cut my hair was nice but she completely strayed from the picture of the haircut that I wanted. The ONLY stylist I've had an enjoyable experience with is Chloe, being the only stylist to actually achieve the haircut I want, ask if it was to my liking throughout the haircut and make regular conversation. She is the ONLY reason that this location is getting such a high review.

Let me first say the stylists are great! My complaint is not with my haircut or service; my complaint is with the poor gals who work there who have to turn down customers because only one person is working. This is my second time being turned away because there is only one person, and they do not have any availability for hours later. The sign on the front of the building says "Walk-In's Welcome," but if you walk in, there is only one person, then you get turned away. I don't know if the management or scheduling person understands how many others like me are turned away when this happens, but you are missing opportunities to operate your business and your staff with tips.
It seems a bit silly for a business to 1.) Only have one employee working 2.) Turn away customers.
It sucks because I had just moved to the area within the last year, and I was hoping to find a place locally I could go to that could do a good job each time. I thought I had discovered that, but I needed to be corrected.

I have been going to this location now for a few years. I use Asia as my hairstylist every time. Whenever I need a cut, even if it is last minute, I contact her and she sets me up as quickly as possible. I have changed hair styles a couple of times and every time Asia delivers. Go see her and get yourself a nice clean haircut, you won't regret it.

My son Gavyn had picture day today, searched everywhere! They were able to squeeze us in! The place was very clean! The stylist were polite, and haircut looked great!

It's difficult to get my son to get his haircut. He did have a good experience here though. Never realized men's hair was so difficult to cut until going to another business to get his hair trimmed up. Very Happ with the end result.
