Stacy has been incredible to work with! We bought our living room sectional and chair and a half earlier this summer, and the whole process was so wonderful that we went back in yesterday and purchased a new recliner for our den! My husband and I entered the La-Z-Boy store looking for a sectional. We were greeted by a.wonderful sales person who directed us to the section we would be looking for. Then the best thing happened..she left us alone. We took our time looking and at the right time she came to us ready to help with our purchase. Fortunately we came with measurements and were able to put the pieces together along with the right fabric. We left the store happy with our purchase and especially with our sales person.

Jack was very informed, pleasant to work with, very responsive...updated our pricing when there was a lower advertised price, I rate him as the best furniture sales person I've ever worked with! And I'm 70 years old!
