“Customer service is everything and the new owners are every bit as wonderful as the last. The women who helped us were very knowledgeable and offered much info about my flagpole and flags. They also make custom products made onsite. Also do repairs of both flags and the poles. Had large selection of kites spinners and of couse flags. Have been dealing with Yankee Doodle Flags since the 80s. Recieved a 25ft pole for a housewarming gift from my sister. She gave her husband one as an anniversary gift. It is the best idea ever.Would absolutely recommend Yankee Flags to everyone who wants to get or give an unique gift. I continue to add to the story of my best house warming gift. Each year on Flag Day we replace the American flag. This year we add a rainbow ? flag.”

Sean helped us choose the right pad and carpeting, laid out a timeline for completion, and followed through. His team of expert craftsman removed our old carpeting and pad, and replaced it with new in just two days! They even took away the scraps and vacuumed when they were finished. “Took art classes for years here. The owner is amazingly patient and kind and really was able to work with my adhd and help me grow as an artist and as a person. If your looking for somewhere for your weird art kid to make learn and make friends, this is the place. I'm still friends with people I met in classes over a decade ago, and the ability to learn and work with people from other age groups and back rounds really helped me become more comfortable with others and myself, and helped teach me to trust my own artistic instincts as well. Their framing work is also top notch and they have lots of supplies available as well!”
“Looking to replace our aging sleep number bed. Amy was a great help. We told her what we had and how much we could afford. She showed us a couple of models and explained the benefits of each. “I shop at JoAnn's regularly. This location has excellent staff who took the time to help me choose a product (look for LUXE fleece- game changer) and was thoughtful enough to help me find a pattern I liked, one one SALE, & even suggested an amount necessary for my project that saved me $$$. Another staff member checking me out at the register stopped to help me locate a last minute item I remembered (Halloween item I waited too long to get last year & it was IN again). I appreciated the personal experience and will return soon!”

“I am like a kid in a candy store when I enter this place. There are so many products, from all departments. It can seem a little overwhelming because items are placed all over, and sometimes, it seems to be unorganized. Overall, I do not mind it being cluttered because it gives me a better chance of finding a product I wanted/needed for a great price. I tend to look at everything in every aisle and most just scan, which I'm glad they do, since they miss the best deals and then I find them! ? So just know if you go here, just take your time and maybe you can find what it is you want/need at a reasonable price!”
