I had a fuel line crack. They replaced the line, but didn’t fix the cause. 2nd line cracked by the time I got home (40 minutes away) from the same source. I drove 40 minutes back up there leaking fuel like crazy. They found the cause of both cracked lines and replaced the 2nd line….. all at my expense. I felt like I paid to train the mechanics on what to look for next time. If they would have found out why the first line cracked, then I wouldn’t have had to pay for all the fuel lost, and a 2nd line.
Plus, I got advised that I needed some marker lights. When I got home to check them…. They were all working.
I was very disappointed with my experience at the Muncie location. A friend recommended them to me. I intended on using them exclusively for my 2 trucks, even though it was a long drive……. Hard to do if you don’t feel like you can trust them.

Joe in service (balding one) very rude. Poor costumer service. Know dealing with people on a Saturday isn't the best but you don't have to rude about it. You did a great job at not doing a great job. Thanks!

people there are rude. they don't always put things back together. Like they left lower part of the dash on the floor of my truck. left wires hanging.
