I've owned a gas fireplace from Fireside Hearth and Home for 10 years, and I purchased an electric one from them for my basement. They are excellent to do business with, they care about their customers and their products. Trenton was out today, my fireplace wouldn't ignite, and it simply needed a restart. He's a polite young man, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the company and their products.

We hade a gas fireplace insert put in to replace gas logs and it looks awesome. Installers did a great job, they put cloths down to keep the carpet clean, were extremely polite and friendly. Very happy with choosing Fireside Hearth& Home for this project.

Went in to obtain information about possibly converting our gas fireplace to a wood fireplace. Explained in detail what we wanted to do and why. The man who assisted either did not want to assist us or was not capable. He was very abrupt with his responses. Did not offer to show any options. When we explored what they had in the "showroom" he walked away and started doing paperwork in his office. Would suggest looking at other stores.

Update: Today our fireplace was finally repaired. It took several calls and an escalation to GM. It seems there was an internal communication issue that they’ve since resolved. They made it right and I’m so happy to have our fireplace working before the cold months arrive. Thank you!!Original - Contacted them for a repair in November 2021 and was told they would call me within 2 weeks of scheduling. I finally got an appointment in January after following up twice. They came out and took ignitor part from my fireplace and never came back for repair. I can’t seem to get a call back from scheduler or supervisor. I’ll call someone else but was really trying to give them a chance to do the right thing.
