My wife ran over a staple and went here.
They claimed they'd fix it using an internal patch for $28.
Then they came out and said the tire was too damaged to repair and tried selling her a new one.
She declined and asked that put on the spare.
I looked and it was 1 small hole that I fixed myself in 5 minutes.
But they also ripped off the balancing weights so her tire is out of balance.
Extremely unprofessional.
Scam artists.
Intentionally damaging client's vehicle.
Id like my wife's money back and compensated for having to get a reputable shop to balance her tire.

We had a flat tire 10 minutes to there closing time. They stay open an extra 45 minutes to do the tire repair. That got us on our way. Very happy with their service.

I had such a great experience here. I bought 4 new tires for my ‘21 Dodge Durango R/T over the phone after I blew a tire in the middle of the night on 70 going to work. Austin was so knowledgeable and helped me to understand which tire would be a better fit for my driving needs. After placing the tires on, another gentleman talked to me about the upgraded pads and rotors. I knew I needed them but after talking to him, about the drilled rotors that provides a better stopping distance. It was an investment but again, a better choice for my driving habits. As a women, I felt confident taking my car here and will continue to bring my car back because of the customer service, knowledge and experience that I had.

Musser’s has always been FANTASTIC with servicing our cars! They get the cars in, get the diagnostics done, and, upon estimate approval, get the cars fixed and back in your possession again! It's no wonder that they have cars lining the street to get in!

I have been bringing my two vehicles to Musser's All in One for just over a year now, due to a recommendation from a friend. I have to say it has turned out to be one of the best recommendations I have ever received. In over 50 years of obtaining auto services from many different places in the Dayton Metropolitan area, including Tipp City, Musser's is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I have had my vehicles in for various work, mostly preventative in nature at least 5 or more times. Every time I go, I continue to be impressed with every aspect of the visit. From the very sincere and warm greeting I receive the second I walk in the door, all through the service and the check out process. Since I have waited in their waiting room for the work to be done, I have had the opportunity to observe first hand how they treat all the other customers that come in as well. Each and every time, I cannot get over what great customer service they give to each person/s. Having dealt with customer service most of my working career, I can say I have a lot of credibility to know great customer service when I see or hear it in action. They are always easy to work with, schedule appointments and get each job done with excellence. They seem to be very honest in everything they do and say, and that is a major plus in my vast experience of dealing with auto repair shops over the years. I greatly appreciate the diversity of services they offer, as they live up to their name of "All in One". I cannot recommend them enough. Very clean and state of the art service center with a staff of employees who are all great to work with. (Andrew Kavcsak wrote this, as I am usually the person to bring our vehicles in) . As a P.S. I have also observed how well they treat as well as deal with female customers. Which I feel is a real plus.

So appreciative of the awesome service I just received at Musser's. I arrived at opening hours needing my battery replaced, my old one was quite dead and I had to get it jumped everytime before I drove it. Even though they had lots of cars ahead of me, Braden prioritized my car, and professionally addressed the situation, and within as half an hour, my car was ready to go. The service manager was very professional and caring as he worked me in first thing. I initially offered to leave my car and walk home to wait. However, right away he told me that he would work me in right away. Musser's understood how certain issues had to be prioritized, and because of this, of course my satisfaction was immense.

A good hometown mechanic that is clean and reputable. Only reason I give 4 stars is the oil changes take about 2 hours on average.

Are very busy. Appointment is suggested. The oil change isn't a quick in and out as we thought. They are friendly, personal, and do good work. Small parking lot so be prepared to park out on the street out front.

Shocked they only have 4.5 stars. Been coming here for all my oil changes and random vehicle issues for the last 4 years. Best customer service of any business. I've never felt overcharged, they always call and go over the cost breakdown before performing the work.

I have used Mussers since shortly after they opened. My main requirement is oil changes, but the dozen times we have needed their help with tires, engine work, and diagnostics, they have always honestly and reliably delivered. The staff is always kind, their waiting area is comfortable (it’s easy for me to work from here during maintenance or oil changes), and their location is ideal. This is the only place I refer friends and family to; this is also the only place I trust.
**I’m not sure what has changed, but I no longer seek Musser’s for any type of auto work. Over the past year, I’ve had issues with every appointment. I’ve been charged incorrectly and had the warranty company blamed. With my last issue, they first told me nothing was wrong and gave it back to me. Then when I took it back, they had my car for a week and the problem still isn’t fixed. The mechanic was unable to be found when I once called. When he was found, he practically told me he didn’t know how to do what was required and had to look it up. I literally felt like he was being forced to work.
