We went there today for a wall oven. The salesperson Annie was fantastic, and Ralph came over to make sure what we selected for our needs the best. It certainly did!
Such a great experience (our second time buying an appliance from them) we stopped on the other side and picked up a couple bottles of wine.
I can't rave about this place enough!

I was disappointed they were open and they did not have their kitchen gadgets and wine sections of the store yet. I talked with sales person and they said that they would have that stuff e eventually.

Ralph's might be one of my favorite stores on the planet. It's an absolute must-visit if you're a foodie or need some kind of niche cooking tool/appliance. They have a great selection of all sorts of things - knives, Le Cruset, Stainless, olive oils and vinegars, beer, wine, baking, pasta-making, and other needs that you just can't get from most big-box stores or Walmart. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they often host tastings and specialty nights. Highly recommended for anyone in the area to visit! Tiffin's store is definitely more well-equipped than Fremont or Findlay but they're all worth a visit.

I drove an hour to visit Ralph’s. I love kitchen gadgets and found it on a google search of same. It didn’t disappoint. Ralph and his lovely wife were there in the flesh I didn’t know they were the owners at the time, but treated me like I was a VIP. They have coffee beans which they ground, my husband who is a coffee connoisseur, loves the coffee I got him. For myself, I came away with a new knife, and some delicious vinaigrette’s. And a large cake pan. It was worth the trip.

It's a big store, with many upscale cooking items! The coffee beans are great too. The workers are always friendly and helpful.

Would not repair my dryer because I didn't purchase it there.
I think if you want to advertise that you service equipment you should mention that you only service your equipment.

So here's the deal...my wife loves wine. We went to Disney's Food and Wine Festival in October. She fell in love with several different wines while we were there. Wouldn't you know it, Ralph's was able to get them. My wife was ecstatic. Thanks Ralph's Joy of Living. This is our new go-to place for wine. You need to go. Drop everything. Go now. What, ain't you left yet?

Love, love, love this place! At least the Tiffin location. There is one opening up in Findlay, Oh! Hoping it is more than an appliance store like the Tiffin location.

Sam A. helped me pick out a mattress recently. I had a mattress years ago that I loved but had to get rid of due to the size being too small and then they were no longer making that same mattress; I told Sam which mattress it was and he helped me to identify the closest product, and it’s spot on! As a back and side sleeper I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck and my new bed has already helped a ton. Shout out to Sam for knowing the products so well, and for his great customer service!
