My parents were both patients of Dr Reed for years and had excellent care. Switched to Dr Rein and it seems like it is impossible to get an appointment with the doctor anymore. My father has seen a nurse practitioner multiple times at this practice who has been pushy, doesn't listen to his needs and insist that she knows best, including changing his meds without checking to see what else he was taking. After a recent hospital stay, the nurse in this practice pretty much insisted that he had to come in for an appointment the next day a time of her choosing without any regard for his ability to be able to drive or get a ride. This is unacceptable care and behavior when working with older patients. I would caution using this practice for seniors.

Since my insurance changed "groups" I need to find a new PCP after 20 plus years of seeing the same Dr. I've been trying to get a replacement PCP and there are no male PCPs that are accepting new patients.

By far the best medical office I’ve been to. Been going here for about a year, and every Dr and nurse is very kind and supportive. Both Dr. Bachtel and Dr. Coleman are awesome! Highly recommend this facility for anything medical related!

I have been trying to contact the Office since yesterday with no luck. I am not sure if the phone lines are down, or what the issue may be. I definately hope it gets fixed soon, and I am able to speak to someone soon about the concerns and questions I have.

Dr. Coleman is great! He listens, laid back and easy to talk to. Doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or awkward.

I had dr coleman when he was located at axcess pointe in barberton. So he works in tallmadge i switched to this location. He is thre best primary care doctor i have ever had. Hes kind caring he listens and treats you right.

I have seen Dr Reed for a few years. Great Man. Took the time to understand what was the underlying probably with out judging or make you feel uncomfortable. After he left the practice they had me seeing Dr Rine so judgemental with no compassion or understanding of any prior situations or complications. I am thinking about leaving the the practice. Because of my runings with Dr Rine And his negative and adjust judgment .they just don't make that many of the old school Dr.that set down and talked to you understood the problem and try to help you figure it out with out versus judgment would love to see Dr bachtel that's who dr. Reed had wanted me to see you after he left but I don't know what happened from that point. Dr. Bachtel if you read these would love to see you to help me out with this new problem having that doctor Rine and the rest of them didn't seem to think or care why wonder why I was going on and think it's all about pain meds give me a call I would love to sit down talk to you like Dr. Reed wanted. Thank you.

Dr. Bachtel is very kind and understanding. He also listens to the patient to discover what is really going on. I believe that personal touch is missing in a lot of the medical field today. Keep up the good work.
I would have to agree also with one of the statements from others. The answering service is not something that I care for. I am hoping that it changes back to the way it was.

Great medical professionals! I have had the good fortune of visiting this office. The nursing staff are polite and caring. Dr. Rine and Dr. Reed helped me through an issue that had me very concerned. I was treated with care and respect by a knowledgeable team of great people. Thank you for being there.
