Excellent place- I’ve been coming here for years. Heather is very knowledgeable and has many services to offer from nails, facials, eyelash lifts and more. She’s always expanding her services. This place is by appointment only - which gives you the focused attention during your appointment!

Whether hiring a caregiver through an agency or privately, it ultimately comes down to who is available at the time and how well they work with the family/patient. With that said, our experience with Visiting Angels of Tallmadge, Ohio was NOT favorable. They charge a premium and, in our case, the caregiver provided minimum amount of effort/care. The caregiver was good at excessive cell phone use, falling asleep, complaining about her job and discussing other patients in detail. We were very disappointed with the level of care and management of issues by the office staff and owner (Jodi Wood). The owner went as far to say that she would make it right and refund our deposit but did not keep her word. Prior to filing a complaint, it was recommended that I contact Visiting Angels and give them the opportunity to rectify or explain. The owner did not return my call and sent me a a very negative text telling me that I am "clearly a miserable person and I feel very sorry for you". In they end, our deposit was refunded. However, the whole situation was handled in an extremely unprofessional fashion. Finding good care for loved ones can be very challenging and based on our experience I would not recommend this agency.
