yvonn was wonderful so was the gentleman that answered the phone and catered to me in my situation I needed a instant urine test and I was able to buy the breathalyzer offer $114 to prove to my family they are WRONG and im trying to get my 700$ worth of supplies back from my brother who thinks im on subtances. This should shut them up. and i can use the breathelizer they carry any time. Thank you so much VERY AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO OTHERS!! AND YOU CAN WALK IN AND GET THE DEVICE AND KEEP IT ETC. I feel since I had a drinking problem in the past that this is something that I can use too convince people that I am not the same person and I own my own company and I don't want to jeopardize that or also if you're getting in a car with somebody and they say they can give you a ride well I'll have him take a test because it's your safety it's your it's your life it's your future that's my two cents that I'm put thrown in on this post but these guys were awesome and they filled my requirements that this last minute on Friday before they closed for the weekend so thank you thank you thank you!

Extraordinarily unprofessional. Something that typically takes 15-20 min took over an hour before I just left and went somewhere else. If you need a drug screen and this is the closest facility near you, consider driving the extra 10min or so and go somewhere that won't waste your time.

Called for an appointment and got in that day, (during summer 2020). Staff was friendly. Office was clean and I did not notice any unpleasant odors as posted in another review. Technician Yvonne was professional answered my questions thoroughly. I received instant results. Total time took about 30 minutes.

The whole process was painless and only took 30 minutes with one person ahead of me. The only downside was that the place smelled strongly of urine with nothing masking the smell but that's understandable for a place that conducts urine tests.

One person in front of me and still waited 40 minutes. Went during my lunch break and was late getting back to my work only 10 minutes away. Safe to say my time oriented boss was not too pleased

This facility is a little hard to find as it appears to be a ranch home instead of a business. However, if you see the green awning on the side of the building, you're in the right place. Compared to 4 other employee drug screening facilities I've used over the years, this is the first one to offer a computerized system to log in & out. Its easy to use, quick & helps speed up the process as it ask you basic questions as to why you're there instead of filing out pages of paper work. The staff & the facility were very clean & explained the new urine sample cups (instant results) to me. There is also a table & shelf in the lobby that offer cute home decor made by local individuals who have developmental disabilities & earn money from selling goods.

The lady that did my test was rude, and she threw out my sample three times because the test wasn't 'reading right'. I lost out on a job opportunity because of this place.
