Couldn't use item because of Homeowners Association rules regarding mailboxes. It was too big. Called them for a return label and was told I would have to pay about $25.00 for the cost of return. This is not what I expected. Never stated customer is responsible for cost of return for unused, new item. Not a happy customer at this point. You better be sure you know what you are ordering from this company because you are stuck with it.

*updated*
I ordered a mailbox shipped from and sold by this company and it never arrived. The courier marked it as "delivered," but my house was covered in cameras and there was no truck so much as on my street that day. I called the courier to set up a dispute after they couldn't provide proof of delivery at the correct address beyond a written pinky promise, and they assured me that this was Simplay3's problem. Simplay3 would have to contact them to get the GPS coordinates of where the parcel was delivered, which would prove that it sure the heck never came to me. The GPS coordinates, they said, are automatically and electronically recorded with every delivery, but only Simplay3 was entitled to that info. As long as Simplay3 made the effort, the matter would be resolved and everyone would know exactly where my package went.
When I reached out to Simplay3 via the marketplace I purchased this mailbox through, I explained what happened and how the mailbox was nowhere to be found.
While I was kind enough in my initial review to brush it off as no response, you'll see below that they attempt to defend themselves by proudly parroting that they did respond, wherein they gave me incorrect information and implied that Simplay3's carrier woes were the marketplace's problem and they had washed their hands of the matter. Luckily for me, my attempts to give this clearly-inexperienced third party seller a chance only cost me a hundred bucks.
As third party sellers on this marketplace, they are well aware that the marketplace is not responsible for shipping their merchandise and that they are responsible for their own customer service reputation, which they did not bother to defend. Still, I took Simplay3's advice noted in their response below and wasted my breath contacting the marketplace, and the marketplace quickly reminded me that there was nothing they could do because the items were shipped and sold by Simplay3, which is distinctly different than being shipped and sold by the marketplace itself. Again, this was Simplay3's reputation to defend and response to figure out, not the carrier's and not the marketplace's. I was to get my money back from Simplay3, and Simplay3 was to get theirs back from the carrier who dropped the ball. The marketplace rep agreed they could only get involved once there was a paper trail of Simplay3 completing their investigative process and verifying exactly where the package went via GPS, which they did not do.
Ladies and gentlemen, *this* is why we don't buy from third party sellers on the big retailer websites. If the big retailer had sold this item directly, you would not be reading this because I would have gotten my money back immediately, which is exactly what should have happened. Two years later, not a single penny.
Simplay3 is not ready for primetime and it shows, perhaps most poignantly so by the mere fact I'd have never known they existed had they not been desperately riding this major retailer marketplace's coattails for marketing and name recognition at the expense of their own profits. Interactions like mine prove they don't deserve that privilege.
