My charging port was plugged up with a bunch of dirt/dust and I couldnt charge my phone properly, they cleaned it out for free. Super awesome people and customer service!

They stayed open extra to fix our phone since we were from out of town and passing through. They were awesome.I would highly recommend using you break it. I fix it store on route 59 in Kent, Ohio!Both associates were very friendly and explained exactly what was wrong with the phone.

I was very pleased by the support I received from the DROP IN location. However, I had (2) confirmed AT HOME services scheduled by Asurion, where the technician did not show up, and I didn't get a TXT, a phone call, or an email with an explanation or cancellation. I even called to verify the 2nd appointment after the first no-show, and was assured they would show up the next day. Very frustrating / annoying... as I took off work 2 days to accommodate what I thought was going to be stellar, in-home service.

I've had 3 android phones repaired here. Perfect fixes all of them and was able to get them back the same day! My last repair I was certain was going to cost me $110, the technician told me to wait a min, and he cleaned out the charging port which solved the charging issue. He gave the phone back free of charge! Awesome job, I'm extremely happy. to the tech....I hope you get your grom soon!

I took my phone into their shop to have them look at my charging port. It's a spectrum phone but spectrum would not help me. I took my phone to ubreakifix and they immediately got my port cleaned and it works great. I have tried to to clean the phone myself with no luck. But they got it done and I also bought a new charger cord. It all works great!

Very pleased with my repair at the Stow store. Everyone was so nice from the person who took my call the day before I came in to quote me, let me know they had my parts in stock, and tell me when they opened, the lady who entered my work order in the computer and the technician Ethann W. Who really had his work cut out for him with my phone. I really appreciate their joint effort in getting my phone back to me in working order within hours. I already told my niece she should apply to work there since they seem like such a great team of people to work with. I'll recommend others to go there for repairs. I'm hoping not to need any future repairs, but will for sure use them if I do.
