Tammy in the Ford Service department went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of!!
I brought my 2023 Bronco Sport in complaining of a creaking noise coming from beneath my car, mostly when driving over bumps and making turns.
Two techs took my car around and couldn’t hear anything. It was Tammy who took my car for a third drive but chose to take my car out of the newly paved lot.
She noticed the noise as soon as she pulled out of the parking lot and onto a normal road.
Tammy heard the noise, a diagnostic was made and the part was ordered the same day.
If it wasn’t for Tammy, I would still be driving around with a broken part.
Amazing customer service, I highly recommend to any and everyone!!!

We take both our vehicles, Lincoln MKX and F-150 to team Ford. Repairs are made correctly the first. Adviser keeps you informed. When leaving you have confidence in the work performed. Never had a “do over” because work wasn’t performed correctly. I strongly recommend them.

Drove an hour and a half to test drive a ford edge. Dan was very pleasant and helpful. He helped us get a good deal on the ford edge and also gave us a good price for our older ford edge.

Business clean and neat as a pin.
Staff was friendly and helpful...took test drive.
Parkway Ford, New Philadelphia , OH, destroyed their final deal by actually taking the time to look at and buy my lease car, which had equity and apply that equity to a similar deal beating Team's offer by $40.00 + month or about $1600. over term of lease, not to mention the reduction in buy out price.
Maybe next time Team.
