Don't know about the business but tell you now this place LOVES to rush people through hiring processes then never return calls and turn you down. 1/10. Dude who answered the phone was the most vile unhappy sounding "man" I've ever heard.

We could not be more happy with the staff at Watson's! As first time pool owners, Dylan helped myself and my wife walk us though our green water to having a crystal clear pool! Highly recommend!! :)

This is the 2nd year having our pool, we always went to Nickerbockers. I just found Watsons this year, & what a cool store to be in! But I'll tell you what the biggest treat of it all was having Dylan there to help & guide us through the waves. He seriously is the best! Highly Highly Recommended!

Got there at noon on a Tuesday and sign on door simply said "lunch". I go run some other errands and come back a little after 1 and still "lunch". Figured I would give it 15 more minutes. In that time I watch 5 more customers go to the door and leave. An hour and a half lunch break is a little absurd. Will be taking my business to Knickerbocker from here on out.

These guys are top notch.. We had a chlorine lock this year, and we have a huge pool 40X30, The guys helped us from start to finish, getting readings every other day. The thing that shocked me, was that after a week of going there we only bought stuff at original visit.. they have the knowledge for sure. They will be go to for pool chemicals, thank you so very much for all the honest work guys! We appreciate you

I love the staff and how they go above and beyond to educate proper pool care. Always so helpful and never try to sell me stuff I don’t need. Dylan even walked me to my car to carry a heavy item. Excellent customer service!!!
