I'm not a huge Speedway fan anymore. It's always dirty. it doesn't matter which Speedway I go into in Springfield Ohio, the soda fountain machine is always nasty and neve rstocked, floors are gross and the bathrooms are even grosser!

The person answering the phone was rude and hung up on me twice. All I wanted to do is check on a couple gift cards that I needed to redeem. I live directly across the street from speedway on derr and spend a lot of money there. I'm thinking about giving somewhere else.

This is the worst place for customer service! They don't interact with you AT ALL! They swear, eat and ignore you. I've gone in all hours of the day and all shifts are terrible.

This location is too gross. Inside is disgusting. Don't get food or drinks here. Even around the pumps so much trash. Watch your step.

HORRIBLE. I went in there this morning on the way to work. None of the coolers were working so everything was hot. No ice in the fountain machine, no ice in the iced coffee machine and EVERYTHING was sticky and gross including the screen at the cash register where you type in your speedy points. Definitely won’t be going back. Speedways around town used to be nice and my favorite gas station to go to. Something has seriously changedz

It’s amazing how bad the customer service is. No communication at all. No hi, no thank you, nothing. I understand it’s difficult to get people to work but this is ridiculous.
