Went to the Springdale store yesterday. It brought the ghetto to Springdale. Trash filling the lot and store. 0 carts inside but not to fear. They were all out blocking the parking isles. The employees were either talking on their phones or in groups with other employees talking. If your closing the store, you should do it before the brand damage is too great.

Opens early for Plus Members, big perk!
Clean, spacious and stocked with 90% of the items that I went to purchase.
Has a Scan and Go app, which allows you to scan your merchandise while shopping, skipping the line and paying as you walk towards the exit. Super convenient. No lines at checkout.
Negative - long line to get out of the club while they check receipts. I can do my trip in under 10 minutes but stand in line for 15 minutes. They need to figure out a way to speed up leaving the club.

Everything was great today at Sam's except there were few cashiers and the automated machines we're only about 1/3 working. Several of the items I used to pick up at Sam's are no longer there but I don't blame sams for that. That's probably just a matter of manufacturing. Great store neat aisles.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful employees who wouldn't answer a simple question to help locate an item. Sorry your bitter and don't like your job but it's not my fault.

2x I've done pick up orders... the first time the order wasn't ready at schedule time. In fact it wasn't ready until the next day. So I decided I wasn't going to use it anymore. I tried calling several time to place a cupcake order this week and no one ever answered the phone. Several times on several different days. So I drove the 35mins and tried to see if any were out and ready. There weren't so I did an online order for the next day because that's when they said they would be available. My pick up time was 6-7pm. At 5:52pm I get an email saying my order was canceled. A simple phone call or email earlier would have been appreciated.

It was quick and in and out of the store and the workers that I spoke with for very nice I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the fresh broccoli and the bulk salad but I have at the Eastgate location. Play ultimately it was nice to be able to stop by and pick up a few things that I did need for work.
