I called to pay my storage unit like I do every month I seen that they were charging me $74 when my payment isn't even anywhere near that amount I asked why it's $74 she processed to tell me that I was charged with a late fee of $20 I said where is the $20 coming from cause it should be a $10 fee so she proceed to go back and tells me I've only had 1 late payment back in june of last year and i paid a $10 late fee where is this $20 from from so I'm telling the lady that I was told that I had 5 days and that today would have been my 5th day she tells me that i was charged the late fee that day which was the 6th. So I'm like right so I'm still not understanding why I'm being charged a late fee she tells me my payment is due on the first I said correct so I have 5 days and today will be the 5th day she said no you have 5 days in my mind what I'm comprehending I have 5 days after the 1st when my bill was due so I'm still telling her im.not understanding cause what she telling me isn't making any sense so she thinks I'm being disrespectful and I tell her well I'm sorry that you fee that way but I'm not being disrespectful in any way I asked her if I called her out of her name so o and so on so I tell her that they need to explain things better to people because they're are people like me who are slow at comprehending and she apologized and understood what I was trying to tell her because they never sent out any emails telling the customers that the price of the late fees were going up by $10 so she finally understood that i wasn't being disrespectful that i was just trying to understand because I was told different things

I've used several different company's for storage units. And this was by far the best customer service I have ever received. Shadia was so kind and was willing to help me out in everyday she could. Would highly recommend DVR to friends and family.
