My car was stuck in 2 feet of snow on Sunday Feb 6th and Mr Barrett was so kind friendly and ready with a smile. He got my car unstuck in a jiffy and I was ready on my way. I would definitely recommend this business!

Terrible service. Called this morning to set up a tow. Figured I'd use the closest location and take care of the small businesses in my area. Said they would call me to set a time. No call lost the entire day waiting on them simply called to see if we needed to reschedule... no answer just hung up.... lost the day I had on them looking for a better towing service. I was stuck in Lowes parking lot with a blown tire and a flat spare. Called Barretts, asked about used tires, quickly told yeah they have them but he can't look for me, and promptly hung up. Called back a couple hours later, still stuck, Just as rude.

Beware!!!! I had a bad feeling about the place to begin with but I like to support local shops and stores. This was not a good choice. Filled up on premium gas on 11/11/21 and immediately started to have problems. Next day it wouldn’t start. I called and spoke with a person at the gas station and informed them that the gas was most likely bad and he said that it’s not possible and it wasn’t his problem. (Car is a 2018 Malibu premier with low miles and Routine maintenance regularly) Had the car towed to McCluskey Chevrolet. They took a gas sample and flushed the system. They said it had a significant amount of water in the system. A good bill later and my car is ready to be picked up. This is supposed to be a service shop and they are selling bad gas. Please avoid!!!

My husband's car was on empty so he filled it with premium gas from Barrett's Wrecker Service and within an hour it would no longer turn on. He had it towed to the Chevrolet dealership and they said the "gas" they pulled out of it was about 50% water. My husband called them to let them know and they said that's not their problem and hung up. Unless you have an extra $700 lying around to cover draining and flushing your vehicle's system, do yourself a favor and go to the Speedway across the street.

Exec Ellen this service! I needed to rent a truck for storage to store the contents of items in my garage while we had our floor sealed. Pete recommended a size , was very flexible on pickup and drop off times. Highly recommend!
