I’m not a fan of this pawnshop, but I do support local businesses because they are nice people I will say I went in there with a gold chain and other places offered me twice as much as they did. I was just checking around to see how much it was worth.

I was considering tryin this pawn shop since it’s literally down the street from me but something told me to read the reviews I’m soooo glad I did! I would never recommend or go in this store I believe every customer that said they are rude and nasty it shows clearly when they respond back to these people like who raised you? Very unprofessional ??????

I called inquiring about my stolen guitars to see if they ended up in this pawn shop. I already filed a police report and the Sgt working on my case suggested I reach out to pawn shops in the meantime. As soon as I asked about guitars and that mine was stolen, I was rudely cut off and snapped at in a disgusting tone saying "you need to file a police report and let the police do their job. Thanks, have a great day." Couldn't get a word in inch wise and I was just simply inquiring if anyone had brought my guitars in. I understand having privacy laws and such, but, you can explain that to clients calling instead of being rude while I'm already in distress from being robbed. And the way whoever responds to the reviews on here is sick and unprofessional. Really disheartening.

I was in last week to drop off 2 basses and 1 guitar due to down sizing.My first time selling to a pawn shop. The couple there made it super easy and quick. Seemed like good people... even gave me suggestions on where to go to get more money for my gear (they didn’t have to do that. Shows they aren’t just in it for the money) but I sold to them since I just needed to get rid of them.We were done so fast that I awkwardly stood around for like 5 minutes because I didn't know we were done already. Ha!Will return if the need arises.

What an amazing customer service experience we had here. They were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to help my son!!! I do not understand how they could have any less than a 5 star rating!! they are trying to run a business and pay their bills like the rest of us. After this experience i will make it my BUSINESS to return and patronize them. Thank you for the music books***

Do not use this pawn shop, the woman is ok but the man that works there is shady & I wouldn't trust him. He sold me defective guitar and refused to give any refund 30 minutes later. He is a crook!
