So I went to rent a space and was told come in on market days any time from 8 to 4 and come fill out the paperwork. I drove over 45 min and came at 315 figuring it would be less chaotic and winding down. I was not told what building out of the 3 they were in and from what I could see up front is not clearly marked anywhere . It was 330 by the time I walk through the left building my boyfriend walk through the right we figured one could start the paper work while the other caught up once office was found. When I asked the woman at the glass is this the office she reluctantly said yes and I told her I was her to fill out the paper work for an indoor spot . To which she said hold on went to the next office for a min then came back and said sorry we actually close ion 15 min and we already shit down the computers for the day. I told her I called on Wednesday and was told any time and that this is super bad for me cuz I’m in the middle of moving and needed to be able to go in and off load all my goods stands and displays durning the Monday in store set out slot b4 Tuesday move . I will not have the truck space storage space or man power to have that stuff Tuesday . I asked is there anyway I could fill out the paper work. At this point my boyfriend caught up and seen that I didn’t even finish my sentence when a voice in the other office said no see I would be able to put her in the system. My boyfriend was already done at this point and said let’s go. The fact that the lady who is in change can’t even stand up from her desk to shake the had of possible future venders that they would be benefiting from and introduce her self at the least. Let alone show they want you there. Maybe try to figure out a solution to the problem And what we can do to resolve it. I was a gm of a restaurant before Covid and I would be embarrassed if one of my managers acted this way and didn’t care about the people who wanted to join the team or supported us. That’s just bad business and a good way to turn people away. One thing is for sure I will no longer be coming there after today. Been a out side vender a couple of times and thought what a great place right away. So now I’m disappointed ,out 2 hours , tolls back and forth for nothing, and gotta figure out a new plan on the fly with an already bad situation . I thought this was a family and community oriented company. Guess not for outsiders . Was looking forward to Thant and the starts of a new beginning.

Haven't been there in about a year. Inside was piled up, dark and dirty. Looks like some the items had a inch of dust on it. Outside is pretty good Flea market. Inside is gross and they even serve food. Restroom very clean.

Ignore unless you care about sports cards (lol)
I think there is 4 consistent vendors that sell mostly sports related items. Most of which are easy going and fair people.
First and foremost I think my favorite vendor is Miland Black and his son. They often times have new inventory to dig through and it always adds excitement to see new cards every time you visit. Their prices are fair and they even have a ton of 1/2 off box's with plenty of steals.
Pros: Prices, Selection, Friendliness
Cons: N/A
John and jerry are another vendor that sell cards and are pleasant to talk to. Their prices are high but they will work with you to bring the prices down to a good even level.
Pros: Selection, Friendliness, personability
Cons: Prices (But will work with you)
Carl is the last main sports cards vendor that sets up every day. He's a little harder to work with because his prices are so high that you almost have to lowball his prices to make them work for you. It's never a bad experience and he's very nice but he's the classic seller-Buy low sell high. He buys at 50% (or lower) and sells at 90%-120% of comps.
Pros: Friendliness, Cleveland items
Cons: Prices (both buying and selling), Selection (not many newer items)

Best to visit in the summer when different vendors are outside. Same recycled stuff time after time indoors. Great lunch stand and free parking.
