I went to the exchange last week and they said that something was wrong with the ps5 and they only offer me 180 for store credit. And I also bought in a Nintendo switch So yeah I thought it was going to be a good offer but I guess not

Most of these places is a scam they won't give u what your product worth they will play with your intelligence like you dont know what something is worth they will give u little to nothing foe something that is worth so much more knowing damn well they will sale that same item for 3times the price they offer

Went in there to trade in a bunch of Pride Fighting Championship DVD's. Guy told me it would be about 10-15 minutes to check out what I had. I told him I was gonna look around while I waited. Waited for an hour and a half, all the while I had store employees following me subtly and watching me like I was going to steal something. Finally, a worker from behind the counter asked if I had a trade I was waiting on. I told them yes and was told that I was called nearly a half hour ago to let me know my trade was done even though I was still in the store! They told me they had to pass on everything (25 DVD's!) because they "didn't deal in these kinds of movies" even though this was complete lie since they had UFC DVD's on the shelf. Ultimately, after wasting my time, being lied to, and treated like a potential criminal, I will never come back to this location ever again and recommend that you do the same.

Unprofessional. 7 people in the store doing nothing. Got my items stolen from inside store, worker rushed me out stating "he would find it and contact me" after only looking for 45 secs. Asked if they could check out the camera all 7 employees were incapable. Never going back there probably was biased related but whatever......
