terrible service , “ ordered “ my part Monday in store . Called Tuesday and “ Kyle “ the manager told me he had the part . It was not there when I went , was told it would be here same night at 6:30 then . I came back the next day , Wednesday to still no part . Terrible .

I don't understand how a parts store can't cross reference a brake pad number. Absolutely need year make and model. Just got to advanced and enter your own vin instead of dealing with the clowns.

Whether it was a technical error or a human error my online order issue was resolved quickly.The store manager Lori was so gracious and helpful I was compelled to write a review. I ordered wiper blades online for pickup. Turns out the order went to a Kentucky store. Lori called the KY location and had me on my way within minutes! She is so good ar her job I walked out with not one but two gallons of washer fluid that I had no intention of buying today. Thank you Loru.

The worker was so nice. He helped me with my van codes and changed out my wiper blades. Definitely recommend stopping there if your dashboard starts looking like a Christmas tree.
