Dispatch is nice to work with. Gina Hartman is a very nice. Doug Kilbride told me that the shop went over the truck. Someone had cut the end off the coax that goes to the CB. Shop felt that it wasn’t there responsibility to fix. Should be my responsibility to fix it. Kilbride talks about communication is very important. That’s a big joke

We don't even work for this company, but really would like to. They fixed our tires on our trailer and we couldn't be happier with the service that was provided to us. They even provided us with the amenities to their Drivers Lounge and was able to take showers. Tom and his maintenence team are outstanding and made sure we knew every step that was being taken. And we even met the Boss man who is a really cool guy and explained their business to us. I would recommend this company to any good driver that is tired of being screwed and wants to work for an honest company. After our ordeal I'd like to think we made some new friends in Sandusky Ohio. Thank you all for everything you'll did for us.

These guys go out of their way to help. We have a church bus that they have done alot of work on to keep it in great shape. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good & bad like anywhere else. You've got to run east & pull containers once in awhile but you get home weekends & usually through house during week.Considering rough running area & some driver abuse, maintenance does try to keep equipment safe.Office people don't hide behind a window because you'll never have to chase them for your money. They know what it takes for you to earn it. They're fair & will take care of you if you do same. You might not like everything they say or do but at least they're not like most of the mega-carriers blowing more smoke (than a blown turbo) up your arse!
