Ron figured out, rather quickly, what was wrong and what damage had been done to my truck by another shop. Turn around time was quick once parts were ordered and he was very reasonable.

I have had Ron service my vehicles for over 30 years and I will continue to have him work on my vehicles. I find him responsive, trustworthy, and dedicated. Recently my car was making “funny noises.” He assessed it, called with the findings and estimate. Upon my approval, he made the repairs within the established time. My car was making " funny sounds" - I took it to Ron at Progressive Automotive. He assessed it- called me with the analysis and estimate. I approved the estimate and he had it fixed and ready for my pickup within the established time. I will definitely use Progressive Automotive again!

He's a very nice man but this rating is upon him having my truck over the weekend and I had called off work to give him more time to work on the manifold. After calling off work a second time he tells me it's not work he wants to do. With that being said if you have something basic he's your guy. If it has some work behind it don't bother. Do not trust the 5 star rating alone

Ron, owner of Progressive Automotive, has repaired, rebuilt and serviced mechanical and electrical work for our multiple company trucks and equipments for over 30 years.
