Not every bank can say their customers love them. This has been one of the best banking experiences I have ever had. In spite of the few number of actual branches, it has not swayed me from using Woodforest. It gets tough because I travel a great deal not to worry, I can often find a branch her and there. This goodness in this branch starts with the leadership. Tabitha, the branch manger leads by example putting customers first, demonstrating the characteristics of friendliness, service, and is welcoming, all of which shows up in the rest of the bank staff. The staff, Adrianna, Shyla and Tyler deserve their kudos and recognition.

Pathetic customer service. Called the main head quarters and the customer service last sucked. Trying to get info on my account and she kept telling me she couldn't give it to me. Closing my account and going elsewhere. Stop hiring people outta McDonald's to work with people's money. Ughhh.
