Wow…so apparently the old lady who works the counter in the actual pharmacy department thinks it is ok to just let someone go with out their meds….the store don’t have them in stock and she was rude as hell and told me that you’ll get an alert when they are ready. No wonder they are closing!!! I hope someone treats her that way since she thinks it’s ok to do that to others
It’s funny within a half hour they were sure to respond to a google review!!! Lmao but when it’s peoples neurotransmitters and their quality of life, you have to hunt someone down !!! But a google review is too priority… I know! You guys might loose money!!!!! Only thing that matters!!!!!

Rossford is lucky to have any business let alone a national chain. It is the only pharmacy in downtown Rossford. You can also get basic pantry staples and all of your health and beauty needs. They do have a state liquor store inside, but you can't purchase on Sunday.

Convenient. You can find a wide range of items, mostly overpriced. They have a rewards program but it never seems to pay off much. They do have a limited liquor store, once again convenient. The best part of the store is the pharmacy; convenient.

Do Not Use The Pharmacy. Absolutely avoid stepping foot into this nightmare of a pharmacy. The Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 801 Dixie Hwy, Rossford, OH 43460, is an absolute disaster. The pharmacy staff's behavior is shockingly rude and arrogant, making the entire experience truly unbearable. Please be aware that this review is solely based on my own personal encounter...I cannot emphasize enough just how mind-bogglingly insane their rude, arrogant, and narcissistic behavior truly is. They seem to relish in concocting excuses to withhold your medication, acting as if they possess superior medical knowledge. The whole operation is like a chaotic circus led by individuals who appear utterly clueless. Save yourself the anguish and seek out a pharmacy that genuinely values its clientele. And as for a drive-through option? Don't even bother dreaming – that's way beyond their capabilities!

Very friendly staff and the pharmaceutical team is solid. Good liquor and beer selection. Store has a lot of basics for Rossford. Always greeted when we enter and they keep it clean. I will say, I just wish they'd get their outside sign/logo fixed.

I shop at this location at least twice a week and usually do not have a problem however every so often I will have to deal with a cashier who doesn't know how to properly apply an OTC insurance card. So while I'm sick as a dog and need my medicine I can't have it because instead of her asking for assistance she refused to use my method of payment that I've used any other time with no issue. So thanks for another sleepless night. ??

Terrible pharmacy...my wife even had someone else's script in her bag ,then got chased to her car by the pharmacist and she replied OMG I'mso sorry....just very unprofessional

Just tried to get my husband prescription and the male pharmacist acted like he had never seen a Medicaid card before. I explained to him that I had never had an issue getting prescription anywhere else and he just continued to look at me with the most obnoxious puzzled, confused and dumbfounded look. I said to just transfer to Kroger pharmacy then. Not really sure what would be different between Ride Aids processes and Kroger pharmacy process but clearly this guy didn’t want to take the time to even figure it out.

Husband and I came in today to get my prescription and asprin. Older lady working with short grey hair and black glasses gets annoyed as we come up to cash out and she was tagging the candy area up front . As she comes up she slams asprin on counter as she rings and has an attitude. We come here often and normally never have a bad experience, very upsetting.
