Charged for time that my kid wasn't even there. Wouldn't answer our questions about the charges and sent it to collections. Just found out about it 2 years from the date they said we owe. Not to mention one of the teachers physically assaulted our kid and it was on camera and they just moved her to another class.

Daycare is a tough business to review. So much goes into it. That said, the administration here is highly involved, courteous, and open with communication. Even more importantly, the teachers and care providers here really care for our daughter. They're the affordable option for Rossford.

Former employee...the kids are awesome so are the teachers and support staff some upper management is awesome others are severely lacking. Company was purchased approximately a year ago by Early Learning Academies....not a fan.

Every member of the staff is not only courteous and professional, but also very kind and helpful. My daughter loves all of them, they are fantastic at guiding the kids in so many other ways than just academics. Very clean rooms too.
