They are miracle workers! I fell down my front steps with a tray of rigatoni in my hands. The sauce (which had cream in it) got all over my wool blend jacket. This happened on Saturday evening. Monday at lunch I dropped it off with very little hope. The clerk assured me they'd get it out. I picked it up on Thursday and the first thing she told me was that it all came out. They soaked it and had to do it twice but it looks as good as new. I couldn't believe it! Thank you Hilliard One Hour Cleaners - you're the best!!!Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Helped me out with quick turnaround for a 2 piece suit when I was in a pinch. Tried 3 other places before coming here. They worked with my schedule and I picked up the next morning no issue. Suit looked great for the wedding. Friendly service as well! Will definitely go back/be more proactive next time.

I have had two poor experiences at Hilliard One Hour Cleaners. Despite having friendly employees, the business does a poor job of cleaning clothes properly. My latest visit resulted in a botched press job on one of my suits. After trying to fix it several times, Hilliard One Hour was unable to amend the damage they caused and did not issue a refund. I took my jacket to a competitor who was able to fix their poor press job within ten minutes. I will certainly not be back.

They've been doing all my dry cleaning 4 years now since mrs. Evans left Kamm's Plaza. Reasonably priced. Very quick. Totally reliable For Your Precious Goods.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Apparently you should not forget your ticket, the lady at the counter rolled her eyes and treated me terrible. I live right down the street from this establishment so it would have been convenient. It is a shame, I really liked this place at first. I would recommend Norge Cleaners, very helpful and kind.
