The best personal training in the Cleveland area bar none. The individual attention you receive is not available at other gyms and you would be hard pressed to find any coach that has the knowledge of nutrition and fitness that the coaches here have. Have had absolutely incredible results in the 4 months I’ve been here and have had an absolute blast along the way. If you’re actually interested in obtaining and maintaining real progress and results related to your fitness goals, you should give FE3 a try.

My first visit and Adrianne is amazing at what she does. I have never been so comfortable with being uncomfortable! My legs are tiny but my coach is mighty! I'm so happy to be able to call a gym home. My Posture is already different from what I learned in the session. I actually learned proper technique for squats. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to learn from her. If you want somebody to inspire you, but also cheerlead for you. Check this place out.

I went to Fitness Evolution with what I thought was a plantar fasciitis from how my dr was treating it and it turns out that my calves were just super tight and Adrienne was able to release the tightness in them relieving me from pain in my foot, after about 3 visits the pain is gone and just some simple every day stretching she taught me keeps me pain free! The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and is looking to strengthen your body to promote healing!

Two minutes after I walked in, they told me I was standing wrong. And seriously, how bad could I be? I'd been standing for years and had very rarely fallen over. What was wrong with my standing? Well, as it turns out, the back pains I had were caused by that standing. Which meant I wasn't sleeping as well at night. Which meant I was drinking caffeine to try to stay awake, and it all cascaded to affect my overall health. I was expecting, you know, massive weights and running 'til I puked. But they gave me tiny weights, realigning my body, grueling workouts that strengthened muscles I didn't even know I'd had because I was so unaware of my body - which I viewed as a carrying case for my head - that I didn't realize what had atrophied. And Fitness Evolution worked with me and my wife to create customized exercises that always pushed us but never broke us - which was critical when my wife broke her hand ziplining, and they had to spend weeks jerry-rigging exercises that worked around her injury. I've been doing this for a year now. And I'm not a skinny person, mainly because if you read my other Yelp reviews you'll see they're all about drinking and desserts, and honestly, I've cut that down but to be truly ripped I'd have to give all that up. But my back doesn't hurt on long airline flights. I sleep well, for eight hours. My body has strength in places I never knew it could have strength before. And now, when I look in the mirror, I see how I was standing wrong. I see all the ways Fitness Evolution adjusted me, one session at a time, to give me better flexibility and health. They helped me. It ain't cheap. But when I consider all the doctors' bills I'm gonna save from my body not degrading down the line, I'm callin' this a bargain.

I went there yesterday to get my health back in order. In the process, I also got hope. I was informed of a lot of things that go hand in hand with what could be wrong. I can't wait to start feeling better. I feel like I fit in here and this was only one visit. I have a new diet, some new supplements and a new routine. More to come. Thank you Adrienne.

Im a 30 year old male who has worked out almost regularly since the age of 15. So after 15 years of weightlifting, I thought I had it down. After looking back, I realize that I wasn't working out right. I was always sore, tweaking different parts of my body and not as in shape as I thought. Once I met Adrienne, she started giving small pointers that made big differences. Helping my posture and fatigue were important. I have worked out literally half my life and never thought I was ever gonna get in any better shape. How I was wrong. She has made a big difference in a little amount of time. Time with her is totally worth investing. Everyone should invest in their own health and learn from people like her. Thanks Adrienne. My wife and I look forward to seeing you very soon!

Her expertise also allows her to pinpoint body imbalances/issues that cause aches and pains throughout the body.
